Rates
Individual – $180 – $200 per session
Couple – $225 – $250 per session
Sliding Scale
A limited number of time slots are available for patients who have GHI insurance or demonstrate need for a reduced rate.
Insurance
I accept a limited number of GHI patients, but am out-of-network for all other insurance carriers. I will provide all the necessary paperwork for patients to be reimbursed by their insurance provider. Many of my patients receive some form of reimbursement from their insurance. Please call your insurance provider to determine your coverage.
Payment
Co-payment is due at the end of each session. Cash, checks, and Venmo and credit cards.. An additional service fee will be added to all credit card charges.Will not accept credit cards for GHI co-pays.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment and have not given at least a 24-hour advance notice of your appointment cancellation, you will be required to pay the cost of the full session.
