The following article was  published from studies that pointed to the fact that children are more likely to accept and successfully assimilate information about their donor/surrogacy origins, if parents begin this discussion when the children are young. The article lists fiction books for donor conceived teenagers wanting to read books about characters conceived via donor sperm.  It also assists librarians who would like to develop collections about this topic for their students.
